Intellectual Property Rights, Enforcement & Licensing Policy
Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and proprietary assets displayed, marketed, sold, or otherwise distributed by Ural Studio, LLC (hereinafter “Ural Studio”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Ural Studio.
This includes, without limitation:
Jewelry designs and structural compositions
Architectural reinterpretations and ornamental configurations
Collection names, including but not limited to Reja Criolla
Individual design names
Logos, brand identifiers, slogans, taglines
Trade dress, packaging concepts, and product presentation
Photographs, graphic designs, website content, copywriting, and marketing materials
Any derivative artistic adaptations of architectural, cultural, or ornamental elements developed by Ural Studio
All such works are protected under applicable United States copyright law (Title 17 U.S. Code), federal and state trademark laws (Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C.), trade dress protections, unfair competition statutes, and international intellectual property treaties where applicable.
Names, designs, and marks are federally registered and recorded with the United States Library of Congress and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
All rights not expressly granted herein are expressly reserved.
Prohibited Conduct
Any unauthorized use of Ural Studio’s Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited.
Without prior written authorization, no individual or entity may:
Copy, reproduce, replicate, duplicate, or manufacture any Ural Studio design
Create derivative works substantially similar to Ural Studio designs
Reverse engineer design structures or ornamental compositions
Use Ural Studio’s brand name, slogans, logos, or trade dress
Commercialize or distribute images of Ural Studio products for resale purposes
Produce or sell works marketed as “inspired by” Ural Studio designs
Register confusingly similar trademarks, trade names, domain names, or social media handles
Substantial similarity, likelihood of confusion, and trade dress infringement will be evaluated under applicable federal standards.
Ural Studio actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights.
Enforcement
Ural Studio reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in response to infringement or unauthorized use, including but not limited to:
Cease and desist demands
DMCA takedown notices
Injunctive relief
Seizure and destruction of infringing goods
Recovery of statutory damages, actual damages, lost profits, attorney’s fees, and court costs
Pursuit of civil and/or criminal penalties where applicable
Willful infringement may subject violators to enhanced statutory damages under U.S. law.
Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
Licensing & Authorized Use
Ural Studio may, at its sole discretion, grant limited, revocable, non-transferable licenses for approved collaborations, museum partnerships, artistic projects, or commercial agreements.
All licenses must:
Be requested in writing
Be expressly approved by Ural Studio LLC
Be formalized in a signed written agreement
Clearly define scope, duration, territory, and permitted use
No verbal statement, informal communication, or implied consent shall constitute authorization.
Absent a fully executed written agreement, no license is granted.

International Protection
Ural Studio’s intellectual property rights are protected not only under the laws of the United States, but also under applicable international treaties and conventions, including but not limited to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, and other multilateral and bilateral agreements governing intellectual property rights.
Ural Studio expressly reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property protections in any jurisdiction where infringement, unauthorized manufacturing, distribution, marketing, or digital dissemination occurs.
Unauthorized cross-border manufacturing, international distribution, online sales, or digital reproduction of Ural Studio designs, trademarks, or trade dress may subject infringers to legal action in the United States and/or in foreign jurisdictions, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Ural Studio reserves the right to pursue international enforcement measures, including customs enforcement actions, cross-border injunctions, domain name disputes, and coordinated international intellectual property claims.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Intellectual Property Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to the use, infringement, or misappropriation of Ural Studio’s intellectual property shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action, claim, or proceeding arising under or relating to this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Puerto Rico. Ural Studio expressly reserves the right, however, to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction where infringement or unauthorized use occurs.
